Green joins Tse and 2 Seas

Ben Green makes his long-awaited British GT return this year after linking up with Kevin Tse and reigning teams’ champions 2 Seas Motorsport.

The now-28-year-old was beaten to 2018’s GT4 title by a single point before making his full-season GT3 debut the following year with Century and BMW. The DTM Trophy crown followed in 2021, since when Green has steadily built a career racing GT3 cars all over the world.

He finished third overall in the GT World Challenge Europe powered AWS Sprint Cup two years ago but really made his name by contesting the DTM with Ferrari and winning GT World Asia races aboard a Corvette throughout 2025.

Now he switches to the front-engined Mercedes-AMG with which Tse and Maximilian Götz won twice en route to third overall last season – the Hong Konger’s best finish to date after joining full-time in 2023.

Those points, allied to the total scored by his championship-winning team-mate Charles Dawson and Kiern Jewiss, also helped 2 Seas secure the teams’ championship in what was a Red Letter campaign for the Anglo-Bahraini outfit.

“It is great to be back. I am more determined than ever, and we will do our very best to uphold the honour for the team after such a strong year,” said Tse. “I had some real high points during the last season, but it is all about consistency, which will be my main focus this year. I am excited to be joined by Ben for the season, who has shown he has some real pace across various championships, and it feels like going home. Being back with the 2 Seas Motorsport crew and back in British GT. Really looking forward to seeing what we can do, and can’t wait to kick things off at Silverstone.”

Green added: “I’m very excited to be partnering up with Kevin for 2026 in the 2 Seas Mercedes-AMG GT3. Kevin has regularly been in contention, and I feel confident that together we will challenge for the title this season. I’m also looking forward to racing in the UK, as it will be my first national championship competition since 2019! Having previously competed in British GT in both classes, I feel I have a good understanding of the championship and am well prepared to kick the season off at Silverstone.”

Silverstone hosts British GT’s media day on March 31 before the 2026 season kicks off at the same circuit on April 25-26.
